A complete interior demolition to remove hazardous antiquated building materials and sub-standard energy-efficient installations from an original 1970s double brick home. Perched over a triple garage, the quirky 175 square metre home comprised 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms on a large underutilised block. An expansive transformation including extensive renovation of every part of the existing double brick flat roof home including all new services (plumbing, electrial, airconditioning, solar, insulation and windows) to restore the 0.5 Star home to greater than 6 Star energy efficiency. An extension was added to result in a modern open plan home of circa 480 square metres, decks, pool and landscaping.
